responsible for the development of a policy and procedure manual for the
pharmacy department I was also responsible for putting together the Drug
Formulary for the Surgical Center. This was accomplished by working with
Medical Director and prescribing physicians. I was member of the P&T
committee. I was responsible for assuring that all federal and state
regulations related to the practice of pharmacy were upheld. I performed
weekly audits of physician orders.
